How to place an order with Interac?

Step 1:

Select Interac as your payment method. Insert an amount and your email and wallet addresses. Pass the reCAPTCHA verification. Click on the button "Continue".

Step 2:

Fill in all the gaps with your personal details.

Step 3:

Upload and verify your document.

Step 4:

Carefully check the information under the "Details" button.

Step 4.1:

Read and agree to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Step 4.2:

This screen displays your transaction information, which should be copied and manually entered into your online banking.

This page's information should be identical to what you enter in your online banking!

Create and finish your transaction in your banking portal.

Step 4.3:

Here you need to choose your financial institution to proceed. On the bottom of the page, you can see the full list of the supported banks. After you choose a financial institution, click on the button "Deposit".

If you can't find your bank in the list, that means that bank does not work with Interac.

Finnish your transaction.

NOTE: You will receive confirmation email from Interac with reference number. This reference number starts with “CA” and has 8 characters. You can send us this number if your transaction is pending for a long time.

Step 5:

Your transaction was approved. Wait until it is completed.
