What is Selfie Liveness and how to pass it?

Selfie Liveness is one of the verification procedures that all of our customers must go through.

To complete it, you need the following:

• Your ID document
• Device with the camera (mobile phone, laptop, tablet)
• A few minutes of your time

Here you can check step-by-step instructions:

1. Find the link in your email inbox and follow it

2. Press "Start" button to begin your verification process

2.1. To proceed on your phone, scan the QR-code, or press the "Continue on desktop" button to proceed on your desktop

3. Watch the instructions on how to take a photo of your ID document and press the button "Continue"

4. Do not forget to click "Allow" on the pop-up window

5. Take a photo of the front side of your ID document with your camera or upload it from your device

6. Take a look at the result and press the button "Continue"

7. You will see this window after your ID document has been accepted

8. Watch the instructions on how to correctly take a Selfie and press the button "Continue"

9. Put your face in the oval and wait until the system accepts a selfie

10. You will see this window after your Selfie has been accepted

11. Congratulations! You passed the verification process. Our support team will notify you regarding the results.
